SGT PEPPER ALBUM COVER + REPLICATION

PROJECT STATEMENT

As a personal project, my father asked me to recreate the album artwork from pictures of his fraternity brothers in honor of their annual trip to Canada each Memorial Day.

RESEARCH

Compiled source imagery and analyzed existing album artwork to decide what to replace and how to alter.

SOLUTION

Almost completely modified, it was packaged with rewritten lyrics to the songs on the album and sent out as a gift to my fathers fraternity brothers.

Digitally manipulate a composition. Must include photographs of an egg and of a person.

RESEARCH

Take multiple photographs of eggs and myself, paying close attention to detail.

SOLUTION

A hybrid of myself and an egg floating in water.
